We were part of the unlucky Denverites to get hit by the baseball sized hail storm at the end of May. Our insurance adjuster came out today to check the damage. Thankfully, we are working with our neighbor and friend, Erick, from Artisan Construction on the repairs. Erick identified several areas that the adjuster missed in his damage estimate including a cracked window frame, paint chips and damaged gutters that were in areas of the home that the adjuster viewed from a distance and didn't inspect closely. Highly recommend Artisan Construction and Erick Vega for any repairs. He's thorough, takes his time to explain the proces and will look out for your best interests.

Caulin made sure we got a new roof. The insurance company's first inspection didn't make sense, so Caulin sent photos and got them to reinspect and agree the hail damage warranted a new roof. Without Caulin that would not have happened. Also, the new roof looks great.

I had Artisan Construction replace our roof and rain gutters after a bad hail storm last spring. Ryan came out to my house and met the adjuster to make sure the insurance was aware of all the damage, including the rain gutters. The adjuster was 2 hours late but Ryan stayed until he arrived so I really appreciate that. We had some small delays due to some shingle supply issues but once the materials were on hand the roofing job was completed in a day. The rain gutters were installed about a week later. There was a communication problem and the gutter contractor did not install on the scheduled day but rather on the day after. Overall I am satisfied with the project. Thanks!
