I had Artisan Construction replace our roof and rain gutters after a bad hail storm last spring. Ryan came out to my house and met the adjuster to make sure the insurance was aware of all the damage, including the rain gutters. The adjuster was 2 hours late but Ryan stayed until he arrived so I really appreciate that. We had some small delays due to some shingle supply issues but once the materials were on hand the roofing job was completed in a day. The rain gutters were installed about a week later. There was a communication problem and the gutter contractor did not install on the scheduled day but rather on the day after. Overall I am satisfied with the project. Thanks!

He was always available and promptly answered any questions we had about the process. As well he helped with all the paperwork and made it very easy for us. It did take a little extra time to get the roof replaced, but we’ve had some bad weather so I wouldn’t blame Artisan for that.
