Choosing a roofing, gutter, or construction company to do work on your home can be incredibly stressful. You do not want to pick just any company; you will need to do some research to find a company that works best for your needs. Here are some tips to use and questions to think about while you are doing your research:
Artisan offers a 10-year workmanship warranty for a full roof replacement and a one-year warranty for all repairs. There are very few construction companies that will give a 10-year warranty, with most only offering a warranty of one or five years. Additionally, Artisan has 30+ years of roofing construction experience through the owner, project managers, office staff, and crews. Customer service is one of our top priorities and we will stay with your project until the work is completed to your satisfaction.
This is a tricky question; it is always best to have an expert look at your roof. There are so many variables to consider when looking at your roof’s condition. Our roofing experts will examine your home and determine if you should need a repair or a full replacement, as well as give you a free estimate.
With most insurance claims, reimbursement payments are done in two or three parts. Part one is your deductible, paid by you. Part two is the ACV–your first check from your insurance company. Part three is the final check sent to you from the insurance company. We expect the first payment on the first day of production. This will include your deductible and the first check from your insurance company. Once the work has been completed, we will send your invoice and a copy of your permit to the claims department on your behalf. The final payment is expected once all funds have been received. It is considered acceptable to withhold 10% of the final amount due until your home passes final inspection. Payment for all repairs are due upon receiving the invoice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and certified checks. (NOTE: There is a 3.4% fee with all credit card payments.)
An ice and water shield is a type of water barrier that is adhesive on one side and serves to prevent leaking from ice damming. Ice damming in Colorado is a concern due to our unpredictable weather. This technique is used on the eaves and valleys of every roof we work on at no additional cost to you. One of the many reasons we can offer our 10-Year warranty is because we use an ice and water shield on every roof.
Though we offer other shingle manufacturers, we prefer the quality and durability of Malarkey. We like to use the impact-resistant Vista-AR shingle to start at no additional cost to you. This shingle is made of asphalt and is part of the SBS system, making it more durable than traditional shingles. It contains little pieces of a special type of rubber so it can withstand bouts of hail and other damaging conditions. These shingles are designed to repel hail and drastically decrease the chance you will need to replace your roof in the near future.
Artisan Construction team members provided me with conscientious customer service for a new roof, fascia and gutters. They made great efforts working around Colorado weather to complete my project with quality results. I highly recommend their business with its people centered focus.

We worked with Ryall and Kristy. They were so professional, kept us informed every step of the way and handled all of the paperwork with our insurance company. Ruben and the crew that did our roof were all very polite and professional as well. I highly recommend Artisan and would definitely use them again!

Artisan Construction replaced my roof and gutters on my home. Randy was very professional and knowledgeable. He made a good suggestion on increasing the gutter size to 6 inch to remove the splashover on the front of the house. This resolved the winter ice buildup in front. The company from front office to Randy were polite and professional. I'm happy with the completed timely project.
